We want you to love your Lems, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit for your adventures, we've made the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box, secure them in a shipping mailer, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
